I'm not too sure there is any such thing as a quick beach clean with me! I get a bit lost in the moment and struggle to leave, especially if i see lots of debris around me. I find it an awful thought, that anything that doesn't get picked up, could end up being washed back out with the next high tide...
The tideline was scattered with micro plastics and nurdles
Today was a bit of an impromptu beach clean, and there is normally only a few bits of sporadic debris on Pentewan beach; however, today there was quite a lot of rubbish all around, and a real mix of new and old .
Above are some of todays items i picked up - i am always shocked at the sheer variety!
Someone clearly visited one of the benches at Pentewan beach, and left their cans behind; if you can go to the effort of taking them there, i am sure you can take them away!
